- Collect as much information as possible (e,g. error output, log file, software version).
- If your current issue is not critical to business operations (e,g. features requests, technical feedbacks, minor bugs), open a support ticket.

Issues Tracking System
This tool allows our customers and registered partners to report issues regarding networks, systems and services. The Issues Tracking System also provides a search functionality, allowing our customers to check for active or closed issues.
Network Looking-Glass
This public tool allows you to execute specific commands on our routers or other key networking devices. This tool is used by network operators to troubleshoot or trace down network issues.
