This portal is dedicated to technical problem resolution. Several tools and sections of this portal are restricted to registered partners and to customers with active services contracts.

Prior to contacting us regarding a technical issue, please follow the steps outlined below:

  • Take a few minutes to Identify your issue(s).
  • Collect as much information as possible (e,g. error output, log file, software version).
  • If your current issue is not critical to business operations (e,g. features requests, technical feedbacks, minor bugs), open a support ticket.
  • Write down your contract number for further references.

Issues Tracking System

This tool allows our customers and registered partners to report issues regarding networks, systems and services. The Issues Tracking System also provides a search functionality, allowing our customers to check for active or closed issues.

Network Looking-Glass

This public tool allows you to execute specific commands on our routers or other key networking devices. This tool is used by network operators to troubleshoot or trace down network issues.
